FG2000® – Extreme Heat – UL Listed 450°C

Used for Control, Instrument, Lighting, Power and Signal Circuits where exposed to continuous heat. FG2000® is UL Listed and specifically designed for use in extreme heat conditions of 450°C/843°F (UL) and will tolerate extreme heat conditions up to 538°C/1000°F (non-UL).

  • Maintains electrical integrity in applications where extreme heat might otherwise cause failures
  • UL listed for continuous operating temperature up to 450°C/843°F and as verified by ETL’s Vertical Tray Flame Test
  • Includes Fluid/Moisture barrier fused to an impregnated overall glass braid
  • High tensile strength, tear and impact resistant
  • Highly resistant to radiation, acids, chemicals, oils and moisture
  • Remains flexible when quick frozen to -160°C/-320°F

High Temperature Building Wire

Cable USA’s High Temperature Building wire is for use in general wire applications for lighting and power in conduits or other approved raceways with temperature ratings up to 250°C in dry locations and 90°C in wet locations. Our building wire is not only flexible but is inert to moisture, chemical, gasoline and oils and offers excellent abrasion and cut-through resistant properties.
